Shipping Policy
Domestic (India)
We have partnered with multiple logistics providers for delivery fulfillment. While our standard delivery time is 1 week, we reach most Indian locations in lesser time than this timeframe.

International
We don't yet take International orders through the website but you can reach us through one of our customer support channels for an enquiry on international shipping policy. In the past we have delivered to the USA, Germany, Italy, Australia, UAE and UK. We leverage the services of our export partners to facilitate the required legal invoices. Note that some countries might have customs policies that could affect the shipment and Spicewave is not responsible for any impact.
Refund Policy
Refund will be initiated only in the following circumstances:
1. Damage in product packaging
2. Compromised quality of products
3. Order not received post 15 days of successsful payment
4. Missing/ wrong items received

Customer has to reach out via official customer support channels within 7 days of order delivery to be eligible for refund. Spicewave might request for additional info, pictures or package return on case to case basis.
